Accounts

Accounts are for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older, who are responsible for activity on the account.

Memberships, renewal and cancellation

Video Library Membership: $29.99 per month. All-Access Membership: $49.99 per month. Prices in USD; applicable taxes may be added.
Memberships renew automatically each month on the date you subscribed, and your payment method is charged until you cancel.
Cancel any time from the Membership page in your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current paid month, and no further charges are made.
When you change plans, the difference is prorated for the rest of the billing month.
If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a limited time. Access ends if payment can't be collected.

Live classes

All-Access Membership includes 3 live group classes per household per week (Monday to Sunday, America/Detroit time), plus one additional class each week that can be used for a Pre-K–2nd grade class. Unused classes don't carry over.
Each sibling add-on ($14.99/month) lets that child take part in live classes and adds one class per week to the household's allowance. Adding a sibling is charged on a prorated basis right away; removing one takes effect immediately, with the unused portion credited to your next bill.
Only children covered by the membership or a sibling add-on may take part. Other children in the household may watch quietly from the same device as the booked child, but may not join from another device, ask questions or take part.
Classes open for booking 7 days ahead. Seats are limited and offered first-come, first-served. Availability of any specific class or time is not guaranteed.
Within 24 hours of a class, open seats may be booked without using the weekly allowance.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class don't count toward the weekly allowance. Later cancellations and no-shows do. Classes canceled by the teacher never count.
To keep classes small, the number of All-Access children in each grade group is limited. When a group is full, new families may join a waitlist.
Live classes are not recorded. Students are admitted from a waiting room by name.

1-on-1 tutoring

Members on either plan may book 1-on-1 sessions at $25.00 for 25 minutes, paid at booking, up to 2 sessions per family per week.
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, or if Ms. Amy cancels. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed sessions aren't refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Bookings that exceed the weekly limit or conflict with a scheduled group class are canceled automatically and fully refunded.
A parent or guardian should remain nearby during sessions. Sessions are not recorded.
